It is true that customers respond better when we are &quot;on&quot;, whether that be in person, over the phone, or even on the web.  They can tell when we are really interested in them.

One other comment - this blog is not just for larger corporations, but the priniciples discussed here can be used for a company of any size (like Tammy suggests!).  :-)</description>

As an artist, I have to think a lot about my customers, be it in a gallery or at a show.  My best shows are always those when I&#039;m &quot;on&quot; and reaching out and chatting and asking questions and, well, just being friendly.  Much like here in the blogosphere - reaching out always brings a hand back.  I like that!  Thanks for thought provoking posts.</description>
