Thanks, Threethan. You have a good start on your blog, as long as you continue to give credit where it is due and don't use too much of the original blog posting in your post.

I was reviewing a few blogs, trying to get a list of good thought churners, or whatever you want to call the blogs that I'd use for mention and topics on my blog about customer service, and I came across yours.

At any rate, I was planning on linking this post to explain bad customer service. It's a well thought out, and well stated post that is an excellent counterpoint to the one I have already mentioned today.

If you'd prefer I didn't link to it (although, I'm not sure of many people who aren't agreeable to free, however little, publicity) then toss me an e-mail and I'll remove it.

Not to worry, I don't plan to steal your thoughts.. I hope.

Becky,

Thank you for the kind words, all to often we forget our customer's...and without them, we don't exist long. As you article points out so truthfully:

Having a Customers Rot! attitude means you view your customers as an inconvenience, and you treat them in such a way that they wonder whether you care about them.

I will be posting this article on my blog with Kudo's to your site of course.

All my best.

Garret
