Joseph, glad you liked my first video.  It was spur-of-the-moment, as sometimes I forget I have the Flip in my handbag!  On your question, Mack is looking for blogs that are specifically used for customer service; in other words, they are answering customer questions directly.  Forums are similar but not what Mack is looking for in this case.  Do you know which HP blogs are being used that way, if any?  Thanks for clarifying!</description>

In regards to @markcollier&#039;s question, I&#039;m not quite sure if I understand the question. Do you have an example of a company blog providing customer service? What comes to mind are the Dell user forums (not a blog), and possibly the HP blogs? Is this what you had in mind?</description>
